An international grape variety, it finds in the area one of the favorite places of choice thanks to the very frequent daily temperature variations. The fresh and dry soil enhances its elegant characteristics and the yellow color tending to greenish is one of the peculiarities of the area.

Vinification in steel gives a wine in which elderberry, grapefruit and peach flowers are the main stamp. Fish carpaccio and crustaceans enhance its aromatic characteristics.
