The classic white wine of the region, pure expression of the territory, has written the history of the autochthonous Friulian wines, hence the name that characterizes its origin. It is a wine of extreme ductility, ready to drink but capable of aging well.

Vinified in white after a short maceration and aged exclusively in steel, the color is straw yellow with some greenish reflections. It accompanies the whole meal from appetizers, especially if based on vegetables and fish, to pasta and risotto with surprising affinity with white meats.
